Episode 3

Hey everybody!

I got this week's episode done early, so I figured I'd share the wealth. You'll all still get your episode post and new logo on Monday, so stay tuned! In the mean time, everybody enjoy your sneak peak.

Ciao,

  1. As usual, Zach's random thoughts. This was definitely the most quotable episode yet! Enjoyed it!

    1. Summary for this week's episode, from Will: "Into the Fungal Forest!"
    2. May want, you know, to have enough writing utensils for everyone beforehand. A box of pencils could be donated, if necessary. :-)
    3. "I can move stealthily, at a normal pace, if I'm travelling alone." Right; that's not... everyone? :D
    4. "Elevensies! Ohmygosh!"
    5. "They look like this," followed by DM showing a picture, definitely isn't one of the more interesting podcasting strategies, per se.
    6. "Wait-- because they're fish people, can they breathe on land"? This question, and the logic that follows, wins the internet.
    7. "I'm going to follow up on Talon's fish". Without context, that is the most meaning-less sentence I have ever heard.
    8. "Drown the fish!"
    9. "Have you seen the lizards? The Jesus lizard, that like runs on water?" Congratulations, you've now founded a religion.
    10. "Trying to fight efficiently, but also consume flesh, sort of at the same rate."
    11. Honestly, the party feels too well equipped for the monsters. I'd love to see a harder scenario. Maybe I'm sadistic, and maybe it's not this campaign, but a request all the same. :-)
    12. You know you're playing evil alignment when you say, "The fish are all screaming for help, at this point", shortly followed by, "You're the devil".
    13. "You recognize these as the [whatever], but the only place people have heard of them is in drow literature and ancient adventurer texts". Err-- shouldn't there be a check around that?
    14. "A badger of merit". Another one wins t3h internet!
    15. More dreams of madness... I'd love for there to be an informal policy that at least one character, on average, should die per night. Will's right, no one has really taken damage. It's a little bit... lacking weight?
